Shipping & Returns

We offer free delivery on all items within the UK and Europe.
Shipping costs will be charged for items sent to the US.
We aim to despatch your parcel within 24 hours of you placing your order.
Please allow extra time for delivery in busier periods.

Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty item, we will either send a replacement or a full refund if a replacement is not available.

Returns
Any returns must be made within 7 days of you receiving your goods.
If we have already shipped your order, and you have taken delivery, you agree that you will be responsible for any costs associated in returning the goods to us. Returned goods must be received in an ‘As New’ and unused condition for a refund to be issued. We recommend you obtain a stamped Certificate of Posting with any returns.
