Secure Payments via Google Checkout or Paypal
Payment for goods is taken by a secure third party handling facility. We use both Google Checkout and Paypal to process payments from either your existing Paypal account or a valid credit or debit card. Google Checkout and Paypal use only the highest SSL security – offering you peace of mind knowing that your payment information is secure and safe.
You may also pay by cheque, on clearance of which goods will be despatched. Postal Orders are also accepted but MUST be UNCROSSED.

Currencies and VAT
Sales are in British Pounds Sterling and Euros & US Dollars

We are not VAT registered therefore no VAT is included in the sale of the goods.

Contract
You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been placed.
Law and Jurisdiction
Any contract for your purchase from happycharmsngifts.co.uk is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of England and Wales, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Delivery
We offer free delivery on all items within the UK and Europe. Shipping costs will be charged for items sent to the US. We aim to despatch your parcel within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please allow extra time for delivery in busier periods.

Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty item, we will either send a replacement or a full refund if a replacement is not available.

Returns
Any returns must be made within 7 days of you receiving your goods.
If we have already shipped your order, and you have taken delivery, you agree that you will be responsible for any costs associated in returning the goods to us. Returned goods must be received in an ‘As New’ and unused condition for a refund to be issued. We recommend you obtain a stamped Certificate of Posting with any returns.
